Backpack Safety Reminder

🎒 Is your child's backpack too heavy?

A backpack should generally weigh no more than 10-15% of a child's body weight. Heavy packs can contribute to poor posture and discomfort.

Tips: ✅ Use both shoulder straps ✅ Adjust straps properly ✅ Keep heavier items closest to the back

Back-to-School, Back to Wellness

📚✏️ A new school year means carrying backpacks, sitting for long periods, and increased stress.

Give your child (and yourself!) a healthy start with chiropractic care, massage therapy, and acupuncture. Regular wellness visits can help support posture, comfort, relaxation, and overall well-being throughout the school year.
