Meet Grady. 💙
Sweet little Grady came into our office at just six days old.
What's special about Grady's story is that he's the second baby in the Hassel family to be checked from the very beginning. Mom was under chiropractic care throughout both of her pregnancies, and because of her own experience, she knew she wanted something different for her children.
As parents, we all want to give our kids the best possible start in life. For the Hassel family, that means making sure their children's nervous systems are functioning the way they were designed to from day one.
Many people are surprised to learn that birth itself can place stress on a baby's spine and nervous system. Even in healthy pregnancies and deliveries, the forces involved can be significant for a tiny newborn. That's why so many parents choose to have their babies checked early.
Mom often shares that because she prioritized her own health and nervous system during pregnancy, she noticed a difference in how she felt and functioned. And because she understands how important the central nervous system is to every aspect of health, she wanted Grady to have that same opportunity from the very beginning.
Our goal is never to treat symptoms. Our goal is to make sure the body is communicating and functioning as it was designed to. When pressure and interference are removed from the nervous system, the body is better able to adapt, grow, develop, and heal.
There's something incredibly special about watching families make proactive health decisions instead of waiting until a problem arises. Seeing parents bring their babies in not because something is wrong, but because they want to support their child's health from the start, is one of the greatest honors we have.
Grady, we're so thankful to be part of your health journey. We can't wait to watch you grow.
And to the Hassel family, thank you for trusting us with not just one child, but now two. It's a privilege we never take for granted.
