Rejection is Redirection
When you choose to share that which is in you with those around you, it's true someone may judge you.
But every time you hold back and don't share, you judge you.
The pain that is felt from what others do can hurt.
But it pails in comparison to the pain we feel from what we do.
And there's another aspect not often considered in this dynamic. It's the pain of the person that is never alleviated because of that which you won't share.
There is always the potential of someone not liking what you share. But there is also the potential of someone who does.
Not sharing is a guaranteed pain from self denial. And while there is a risk to sharing. The risk of someone liking it is just as possible as someone not.
And remember this, if someone likes or dislikes something, it's because of their personal preferences and not because of your value.
So, be brave snd share what you feel to. And when someone doesn't like it, it's just a reflection of their personal preference. They're just telling you, they are not your audience.
Use rejection as redirection so you can find your audience. The more you allow people their responses without making it personal, the easier it is to redirect yourself to the people and things that are for you.
