Farmington Health Services dba Trinity Campus We are a non-profit organization and a top rated community. Farmington Health Services, also known as Trinity, has it's origins in Farmington MN since the 60's.

Farmington Health Services (Trinity Campus) offers services for seniors including skilled nursing, short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, memory care, assisted living and independent living. We've grown considerably since its opening. Trinity is a senior campus that provides services to those that need Long Term Care within a Skilled Nursing Facility. We also provide short term rehabilitation

through Big Stone Therapies. BST provides both internal and outpatient rehab services, such as physical, occupational and speech therapy. Trinity Terrace is our Independent or Assisted Living Facility. Newly opened in 2012 is Trinity Suites, our specialized Memory Care Home. Nate Lehmeyer and Darin Pettis came to rescue and did a hands together job announcing acts, telling bad jokes (just kidding... kinda! lol!!), and interacting beautifully with the crowd. Awesome job.
Heather Betters- this Wonder Woman had the check in desk where you'd go upon arrival to Trinity to announce what act you were doing .
A well run machine? I would say absolutely!
Thanks for your help everyone! And the volunteers and staff who brought out residents and ensured happiness and safety!
