After more than 35 years of dedicated service, Dr. Tim Saulter has retired, leaving behind a legacy that has touched countless lives throughout Farmington and across Franklin County.

For decades, Dr. Saulter has been far more than a chiropractor. He has been a trusted friend, mentor, and healer whose knowledge, compassion, and commitment to patient care helped shape Western Mountain Chiropractic into what it is today. The impact he has made on this community is immeasurable, and while we say goodbye with grateful hearts, his influence will continue to be felt for years to come.

True to his character, Dr. Saulter spent nearly three years preparing for this transition. During that time, he mentored Dr. Tyler Reichert with great care and intention, ensuring the future of the practice would remain in capable hands. Dr. Reichert was challenged with some of the office’s most complex cases, trained in a wide range of chiropractic techniques and methods, and immersed in the philosophy of care that has guided the practice for more than three decades. Together, they worked to create a seamless transition and preserve the values that patients have come to know and trust.

Today, Dr. Reichert proudly steps into this role with both excitement and deep respect for the foundation Dr. Saulter built. He wants current and future patients to know that Western Mountain Chiropractic will continue to provide the same exceptional care, using the same trusted techniques, principles, and patient-centered approach that have defined the practice for over 35 years.

While the heart of the practice remains unchanged, there are exciting developments on the horizon. Under Dr. Reichert’s leadership, Western Mountain Chiropractic plans to expand insurance acceptance, making care accessible to even more members of the community. The office will also receive a long-awaited refresh, bringing new life to the waiting room and creating an even more welcoming environment for patients.

Though some things may look a little newer in the months ahead, the values that have guided Western Mountain Chiropractic since the beginning remain exactly the same: exceptional care, personal service, trust, and an unwavering commitment to the patients and families who place their trust in us.

Thank you, Dr. Saulter, for 35 incredible years. Your legacy lives on, and we are honored to carry it forward.

With the 2026 golf season getting underway I encourage everyone to go check out for an amazing outdoor simulator experience.

Remember it is crucial to warm your body up prior to explosive physical activity. Come get your spine checked prior to your next golf outing to keep you at the top of your game! 🙌

Happy Friday everybody! One thing I did not mention in this video is how important it is to stretch prior to doing any kind of manual labor. It is just as important to stretch afterwards as well, so even though you may be tired and ready to flop down on the couch take a few extra minutes for a “cool down stretch”. Hopefully everyone has a fantastic weekend. Go Pats!!
