I inserted an article into Notebook LM and asked it to make a short summary video. I think it is pretty good and explaines why we as doctors need to use all the tools at our disposal to ensure the best results.

Tips to Avoid Food Overindulgence on Christmas:
Christmas is a time of fun, family, friends, and good food! You definitely deserve to enjoy yourself this holiday season. Just don't overdo it! To help you enjoy in moderation here are some tips for healthy eating habits.
1: Drink water! Water can help you feel full so you don't fill up on more food than you actually need. And the extra hydration will benefit you!
2: Take smaller portions at a time. Starting smaller will give your body more time to digest. And you can always go back for seconds if needed!
3: Remember to mix in healthy foods with all the holiday junk. We know that there's going to be a veggie tray somewhere, so grab a few pieces of that before you get dessert!
4: Cut back on the Christmas cocktails. Limit the alcohol intake and have a glass of water in between drinks.
5: Try a healthier alternative. If you're hosting or bringing a dish, consider mixing it up and finding a healthier alternative to an old classic. It's fun finding new recipes and you'll have lots of guinea pigs to try it on!
6: Don't be mad if you mess up your goals! The holidays are full of delicious temptations and it's okay if you slip up. Be kind to yourself and remember that one day of unhealthy eating isn't going to make much of a difference in the long run.
