We are a Christ-centered team of mothers who provide SUPPORT, CONNECTION, TRAINING, and HOPE when parenting doesn't go as planned. Under the direction of Life Changing Services, Mothers Who Know supports women through education, training, parent resources and tools to strengthen the family. In order to stand strong in the opposition of our day, we focus on the Savior by shining light on the tactic

s used by the adversary to discourage women and threaten families. We specialize in supporting mothers who have a son or daughter struggling with pornography, anxiety, depression, self-harm, addiction, self-destructive behaviors, or any issue that requires therapeutic intervention. (Sons/daughters may be participanting in the Sons of Helaman/Daughters of Light program, but this is not a requirement for parents to be involved in Mothers Who Know services/groups/classes). Just as the mothers of the Sons of Helaman in the Book of Mormon, we do not doubt that our Savior, Jesus Christ has the power to heal us and our families. Have you ever wondered if you're failing because life still feels so hard?

President Freeman offers this comforting reminder:

"God allows mortality to do its work in us—and that includes both best days and worst days."

The hard days aren't proof that God has forgotten you. They are often the very place where He is refining you.

As mothers, we sometimes wish we could skip the worry, the waiting, the heartbreak, and the stretching. But God isn't just interested in changing our circumstances—He's shaping our hearts.

At Mothers Who Know, we believe every day can draw us closer to Jesus Christ. The joyful days remind us of His goodness. The difficult days teach us to lean on His grace and to seek joy.

So, if today is one of the hard days, don't lose heart. God is still at work. He hasn't stopped writing your story, and He certainly hasn't stopped loving you. 🤍

“There’s only one Savior and it’s not me.”

These words stopped me in my tracks.

For years, I’ve wanted to rescue people I love from their pain. I’ve wanted to fix problems, carry burdens that weren’t mine, and somehow make everything okay for everyone around me.

But the truth is, I was never asked to be the Savior.

I was asked to love.
I was asked to serve.
I was asked to pray.
I was asked to trust.

Sometimes the greatest act of faith is placing someone you love into the Savior’s hands and believing He loves them even more than you do.

What a relief to remember that Jesus Christ is the one who heals hearts, changes lives, lifts burdens, and performs miracles. My job is not to carry the weight of the world on my shoulders. My job is to walk beside others, point them to Him, and trust His timing and His plan.

If you’ve been carrying something that feels too heavy lately, perhaps today is the day to lay it at His feet.

He never asked you to be the Savior.

He already sent One.

Have you ever felt like you should be stronger, have more answers, or be able to carry your burdens on your own?

Elder Stevenson reminds us of a comforting truth:

"In the end, we are all one family. We all need help along the way."

What a beautiful reminder for every woman who is struggling, every mother who worries, every person who feels alone, and every heart carrying a burden.

At Mothers Who Know, we often say that healing happens in teams. None of us were meant to navigate life's challenges by ourselves. We need the Savior, and we need each other.

That's why TEAM Mom Power Groups are so important. They provide a place to find understanding, encouragement, strength, and hope from women who are walking a similar path. When one of us feels weak, another can help carry the load.

We all need help along the way. And sometimes God's answer to our prayers comes through the love, support, and friendship of a team.

Today, remember: you don't have to do this alone. 🤍
