If you're caring for a loved one with Alzheimer's or another form of dementia, you don't have to do it alone. Join the Alzheimer's & Dementia Caregiver Support Group on Wednesday, August 5, from 2:00–3:00 p.m. at St. John's Lutheran Church (1301 Milnwood Rd., Farmville).

✨ Come early at 1:15 p.m. for Self-Care Chair Yoga with Mary Cush—a relaxing opportunity to focus on your own well-being before the meeting.
