I’m sharing this because i’m no longer doing it with the mindset of:
“just in case I don’t follow through.”

I’m deciding that I will.

this is the honesty i have grown into as a practitioner over the years that some of my earlier clients would have deeply benefited from.

i wish i had the experience back then to recognize these patterns sooner and coach them through the identity, nervous system, and ownership gaps that were quietly keeping them stuck.

but now i do.

and because of that, i can identify these patterns much earlier in the women i work with today so they can move through them instead of staying trapped in them.

because honestly, i can count on one hand the clients i’ve had over the years who truly saw very little results.

and when i reflect on what they all had in common, it was this:

they were not actually ready or fully committed…
even though they genuinely believed they were.

because most of them were not lazy.
they were not incapable of healing.
they were not “too broken.”

they were deeply committed to the identity of:
“nothing works for me.”
“i’m just a really unique case.”
“my body is different.”
“i just have way more stress than the average person.”
“these changes are not realistic for my life.”

they would come to every session with 3 new ideas of what they should be trying that their favorite wellness influencers talked about, or a new reason they can’t implement the same lifestyle changes we’ve been talking about for 2 months…

never fully committing to the process i had already laid out for them.

always searching.
always scanning for a way out, subconsciously.
always wondering if there was a faster, better, different answer somewhere else so they wouldn’t have to actually change.

and their nervous system stayed in that pattern the entire time because it’s comfortable.

healing cannot happen from a place of constant hypervigilance and self interruption.

your body needs consistency.
coherence.
safety.
and enough trust to stay with a process long enough for physiology to actually respond.

so when i call these things out now, it is never to shame or guilt anyone.

it’s because i WANT women to get results.

and i think many women can see themselves here.

not as criticism.
but as awareness.

because awareness is what finally allows the story to change.🫶

We discuss the nervous system and nervous system regulation in depth inside the GUIDED program, and this week, and one of our clients brought up SUCH a perfect real-life example in connection to the conversation about the different states of the nervous system.

She said, “this makes so much sense as to why it feels so hard to even go to the grocery store sometimes.”

YES.

Because when your nervous system gets stuck in survival mode or shutdown, connection, stimulation, noise, crowds, decisions, and interaction can start to feel overwhelming instead of safe.

When we’re in a regulated state, we feel more connected, grounded, social, creative, and emotionally present.

But when the body has been stuck in stress physiology for too long, we start avoiding things like:
• crowded places
• texts and phone calls
• plans
• errands
• interaction

Not because we’re lazy or antisocial, even though this can become the internal dialogue we have with ourselves

But because the nervous system no longer perceives those experiences as safe.

And when the body is constantly stuck in survival physiology, it becomes much harder for it to do the very things it was designed to do well: heal, regulate, recover, digest, balance hormones, and create energy.

this is why we can’t talk about healing without understanding the impact your nervous system plays in all of it!

healing is not just about knowing what to eat, what labs to run, or what supplements to take.

those things matter, and we do guide in those steps, but your body is not just responding to information. it is responding to the state it feels safest living in.

and this is why nervous system regulation cannot be left out of the process.

because regulation does not enter through your thinking brain first. it enters through the body.

through breath.
through movement.
through sound.
through grounding.
through safe connection.
through co-regulation.

for so many ambitious women, the default state has become urgency, over-functioning, isolation, and control. so inside GUIDED, we are not just giving you more health information. we are helping your body learn how to feel safe enough to actually use it.

because connection is not a bonus, it’s literally the track to healing.

and that’s exactly why the GUIDED program exists 🫶

low progesterone is not a root cause.

it’s a response.
so many women trying to conceive are told, “you just have low progesterone.”

but progesterone only rises after strong ovulation.
and ovulation is not random.

it is an expression of
• stable blood sugar
• regulated cortisol
• adequate thyroid signaling
• nourished minerals
• healthy gut and detox pathways
• a nervous system that feels safe

hormones are responders.
they respond to the environment inside your body.

so if progesterone is low, the question isn’t
“how do we push progesterone up?”
it’s 👉“why is ovulation not strong enough to produce it?”

is blood sugar spiking and crashing?
is cortisol stealing the show?
is inflammation blocking signaling?
is detox sluggish and recycling estrogen?
is the body conserving instead of reproducing?

this is exactly why in GUIDED we don’t guess.
we run a comprehensive blood lab and testing panel that looks at the systems upstream of progesterone, thyroid markers, cortisol rhythm, insulin patterns, nutrient status, gut function, detox capacity, and more.
because rebuilding the terrain is true restoration.

if you’ve been told you “just have low progesterone” and you know there has to be more to the story, there is.
that’s what my ABIDEwell GUIDED program is here for!

let’s identify why your body isn’t ovulating the way it was designed to and rebuild from the foundations first 🫶 comment “GUIDED” or send me a DM to learn more
