Ever heard of micro habits? Tiny, intentional healthy habits that take two minutes or less that can form into larger habits or routines over time.

Micro habits can help you start right where you are to work towards wellness. Try with just one minute of walking outside, or just one (or two!) extra sips of water with your meals. To reduce stress, you can even try just a minute of mindfulness meditation.

Focusing on consistency over intensity prevents burn-out and provides you with more sustainable options for working towards wellness goals 👍

Prioritize Your Well-Being with Self-Care

In the hustle and bustle of everyday life, it's easy to forget to take care of ourselves. But self-care isn't selfish—it's essential for our physical, emotional, and mental well-being.

Take a moment today to prioritize self-care and nurture your mind, body, and soul. Whether it's taking a few minutes to read a book, meeting a friend for coffee, going for a walk in nature, or simply taking a few deep breaths to center yourself, find what brings you joy and replenishes your spirit.

Remember, self-care looks different for everyone, so listen to your needs and honor them without judgment. By making self-care a priority, you'll not only feel better in the moment but also cultivate greater resilience and inner peace for the long term.
