Grandma may not have been the problem after all. 😂

In this clip from The Love Below, Dr. Jackie explains why many women notice more gas, bloating, constipation, and changes in bowel habits as they enter their 50s, 60s, and beyond.

Hormonal changes during perimenopause and menopause may affect gut motility—so the digestive changes women experience can be connected to much more than diet alone.

It is funny, relatable, and information many women have never been told.

55,230 people are expected to die from colore**al cancer in 2026.

That number is more than a statistic. It represents families, loved ones, and lives that may be impacted by a disease that screening can often help detect early — and in many cases, help prevent.

Colore**al cancer does not always wait until symptoms appear. That is why screening matters.

If you are 45 or older, have a family history of colore**al cancer or polyps, or are experiencing symptoms such as re**al bleeding, a persistent change in bowel habits, unexplained weight loss, abdominal pain, or pencil-thin stools, talk with your doctor.

Do not wait for symptoms.

Pregnancy and childbirth can leave changes that women are rarely encouraged to discuss—even years later.

In this clip from The Love Below, Dr. Erin King-Mullins explains how T***y Touch Up™ can be customized to address concerns such as hemorrhoids, excess tissue, skin tags, scarring, discomfort, hygiene challenges, and childbirth-related changes.

Dr. Jackie Walters also explains why older injuries may become more noticeable later in life as hormones decline and pelvic-floor tissues lose support.

This is not only about appearance. It can be about comfort, function, intimacy, hygiene, and confidence.

Food sensitivities can be difficult to identify because symptoms may look different from person to person.

Some common foods — including gluten or wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, corn, and processed foods — may contribute to bloating, gas, cramping, diarrhea, urgent bowel changes, or other digestive discomfort in sensitive individuals.

The goal is not to guess or eliminate foods without guidance. The goal is to better understand your body and create a realistic nutrition plan.

If you are dealing with digestive symptoms or think certain foods may be triggering discomfort, our registered dietitian can help.
