The attached photo is sourced from the internet; however, I was thrilled to see a beautiful Red-Headed Woodpecker in my birdbath today. The Native American spiritual meanings of a Woodpecker is protector, healer, and messenger. I don't know much about birds but I now have a new hobby- birdwatching. I also felt it was a sign that my ancestors are watching over me. What signs from nature have you seen lately?
