We give other people the benefit of the doubt. We understand when they're tired, overwhelmed, or having a rough day. We remind them that nobody's perfect. When it comes to ourselves? Somehow, the rules change.

If you’ve ever found yourself wanting to understand more about yoga—why we practice the way we do, the philosophy behind it, how the body works, or what happens beyond the poses—this may be your next step.

Our 2027 VariYoga 200-Hour Teacher Training isn’t only for people who already know they want to teach. It’s for curious students who want to dig deeper, learn more, and see where the journey takes them.

Because we limit each training to just 8 students, there’s plenty of room for questions, conversation, connection, and individual attention.
