Cumberland Methodist Preschool We are a part-time Christian preschool program serving the Fayetteville and Hope Mills area.

Cumberland UMC Preschool functions as a ministry to the community on behalf of Cumberland United Methodist Church. Established in 2000, Cumberland UMC Preschool was founded by a small group of dedicated church members who recognized the need for a quality church-based preschool in the surrounding community. The preschool is designed to provide children with age appropriate learning experiences that will enhance their continuing growth and development.

Today marks the last day of Summer Camp, and what an incredible month it has been!

We are so incredibly honored that so many families trusted us with your children throughout the month of June. There is no greater privilege than getting to laugh, learn, play, and make memories with such an amazing group of kids.

From day one, our goal was simple: to give every camper the most RADICAL summer ever! 🤘 From adventures and games to crafts, friendships, and nonstop fun, we poured our hearts into creating an unforgettable experience. We truly hope your child heads home with wonderful memories, new friendships, and stories they'll be telling all summer long.

To our campers: thank you for bringing your energy, smiles, and excitement every single day. You made this camp everything it was.

And to our families: thank you again for your trust, support, and for allowing us to be a small part of your child's summer journey.

From all of us to all of you... this isn't goodbye, it's see you later! ❤️ We can't wait to see you again next summer!

We're having a fin-tastic time during Under the Sea Week as we dive into the second-to-last day of camp!

Today in Art Class, our little artists really made waves with their masterpieces! They showed off their creativity and imagination in every project.

We can't believe how quickly this week has swum by! We are excited for our very last Water Day tomorrow as we wrap up the final week of camp. 😢 Be sure to send your campers ready to get wet and have a splashing good time!

💚🧁 A HUGE THANK YOU to and @ ! 🧁💚

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks for the generous cupcake donation that helped make today such a wonderful success!

The children were absolutely thrilled, and decorating those sweet treats brought plenty of smiles, laughter, and excitement to our day. It's amazing how something as simple as a cupcake can make such a big impact and create special memories for our campers.

We are incredibly grateful for community partners like Publix who continually find ways to support local children and families. Your generosity helped make today even more memorable, and we truly appreciate your kindness.

The Final Week of Summer Camp Is Here!

How did it go by so fast?!

We've spent the summer making memories, playing games, creating masterpieces, making new friends, and filling every corner of Cumberland Methodist Preschool with laughter, excitement, and just a little bit of chaos. ❤️

This being our final week of camp, we're soaking up every last minute of the fun. Before we know it, these halls will be quiet again, the toys will be neatly put away, decorations will be put away and we'll be starting to get ready for the new school year!

Truth be told, we're going to miss the noise, the energy, the giggles, the endless questions, and even the occasional moments of organized chaos. Our campers have made this summer one to remember.

And who knows... maybe next year's summer camp will be a liiiiiiittle longer... 😉

Cumberland Methodist Church invites you to join us for Vacation Bible School 23-25 June from 5-7pm. Dinner provided 5-5:30pm with lessons and activities starting at 5:30pm.

Please see the attached flyer for important details and how to register. Pre-registration is required. Registration will be capped at 40 kids, so please make sure to register early to secure your spot! This is a free event for preschool through 2nd grade. Children not potty trained must have a parent or guardian stay with them. All other children may be dropped off.

If you register but find yourself unable to make it, please reach out to Chrissy Castillo (fellow preschool parent. Contact info on the flyer).

If you feel called to volunteer, please also reach out to Chrissy for more information.
