We see this all the time in the office: one leg looks shorter than the other one 🤔

And it is usually because the pelvis is rotating and twisting, which can make you feel off kilter. Some things that might cause your pelvis to shift include:

🦵🏼Sitting with one leg tucked under the other
🦵🏼Squatting/getting up and down a lot at work
🦵🏼Compensating for flat feet (our arches are supposed to support us!)
🦵🏼Getting tackled at football practice, sliding into bases, repetitive soccer drills, etc.
🦵🏼Figure 4 sleeping position or sitting criss cross a lot
🦵🏼Pregnancy and birth
