Though this was for her site, I thought you might find value too. Acknowledging how we feel is vulnerable, but that vulnerability can also be a first step in healing.

Meet Dr. Chad Imhoff. Chad is a certified EFT therapist and supervisor. He received his PhD from the UofA doing his dissertation on the impact of hosting faith based EFT marriage conferences in a weekend format. He currently teaches The Marriage and Family Therapy class at The University Of Arkansas, is a leader in the ARCEFT Community and regularly hosts conferences that introduce EFT to married and engaged couples. On the SV team, we are lucky that Chad has incredible technical savvy and is the person responsible for helping our videos look good. As a teacher and supervisor, Chad wanted to create brief and practical videos that give a quick focus to students and supervisees, so they could walk into their next session with a more clear idea of what to do.
