Yesterday marked one year since my traditional duodenal switch surgery. ❤️

I’m 215 pounds down!!

Positives: off blood pressure medication, off metformin, endless energy
-I’ve gone from a 3/4xl to a Small in shirts
-28 in jeans to a size 4
-size 11 in ring size to a size 6
-xl watch bands to a size small

I’ve had to buy new shoes because all mine were so stretched from swelling.

Ok let’s be real. This is not a con, shopping is so fun now!

I had surgery on April 2nd. My start weight was 345. Today is August 31st and I’m at 236 pounds. I just have to say I feel so amazing. I’m a mechanic and own a automotive shop, and it got to the point I couldn’t even work past noon I hurt so bad.

I fell through a 3 story roof and blew both knees out and blew my back out, all together I’ve had over 29 surgeries. I gained alot of weight from all that and not being able to barely walk.

I had an appointment scheduled to have both knees fully replaced and I actually canceled because of the amount of weight I lost I can actually handle what little bit of pain I have now. I am back to working full days now.

I cannot thank Roller Weight Loss enough. I feel ONE HUNDRED PERCENT BETTER and THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF AT ROLLER, especially my man Dr. Kwon.

I thought losing the weight would be the end of my journey. I’ve learned it was really just the beginning.

When I started this journey, I was 436 lbs. Today, I’m over 200 lbs down, and I can honestly say the biggest changes haven’t been physical.

Losing the weight gave me the chance to experience life differently. Learning how to live in this new body, build confidence, and truly see myself differently has been its own journey.

I’m still learning. I’m still growing. I’m still working on myself. But when I look back at the person I was, I’m reminded just how far I’ve come.

This was never just about losing weight. It was about giving myself the chance to experience life differently.

I’ve also been sharing more of my journey over on TikTok. Hopefully something I share can inspire someone else along the way.
