SweatClub is less than a week away!!!

If you’re not signed up for this holiday themed sweat-tacular... it’s not too late!

Link is in my bio to sign up for the last SweatClub of the year... and yes, we’re doing it in ugly sweaters! Well, we’ll at least start it in ugly sweaters. Sweaters and sweat could get pretty stinky. lol.

WHAT: SweatClub is a 45 minutes all level workout. If you have a body, you can sweat with us! After we sweat, we’ll sip on some coffee and give away some awesome prizes from lululemon Fayetteville and Confident Coffee.

WHEN: 12/16 at 8:30am

WHERE: Indoors at Rise Physical Therapy (on Citizens Dr)

WHY: To meet some cool peeps, feel strong, and have some sweaty fun!

I’m excited as Buddy the Elf when he realizes he has syrup up his sleeve!
