A quick note: my practice is currently going through a rebrand. Over the next several weeks you'll see updates to this page, my Instagram, and my website for now a new look, same care.

**I'm still accepting appointments throughout.**

My work focuses on relieving stress and tension, pain management, easing tight or overworked muscles, improving mobility, and helping you feel more at ease in your body. Whether you're working through a specific issue or you just need to reset, you're welcome here.

Appointments are by appointment only — no same-day bookings. Availability is typically 4 days to a week out, so please plan ahead.

Something exciting is on the horizon!!!

To every client who has trusted me, supported me, referred friends and family, and been part of this journey—thank you. Your encouragement has helped turn a dream into something real, and I couldn't have done it without you.

Since I started my business, I've continued investing in my education, expanding my skills, and creating an even better experience for every client who walks through my door. Because of that, I'm so excited to share that my practice is officially entering a new chapter.
