Bonnie is a former IT professional pursuing her passion in bodywork and movement. She is Board Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork and a graduate of the Massage Therapy Institute of Colorado (MTIC). Bonnie combines fifteen years experience in dance, yoga, Pilates and martial arts with massage to help people stay active and recover from pain and injury. She specializes in Trigger Point th

erapy, Deep Tissue massage and focuses predominantly on injuries through workers comp and auto accident cases. She is also certified in Corrective Exercise through NASM and finishing a Pilates Mat certification through BASI™ Pilates.
