Here are some tips to help you make that smile even more bigger:

🚩 Book your appointment at least a week or two before the ceremony.

🚩If your gums are sensitive, you want them fully healed before major events.

🚩 Pre-Grad Care: Avoid heavily staining items (coffee, black tea, dark berries, red wine) in the days leading up to your pictures.

🚩 Water isn’t just good for your health, it helps rinse away food particles and bacteria, keeping your breath fresh and your smile clean. Stay hydrated before the big day and your smile (and skin) will thank you.

🚩 Spring is a busy time for dental offices, especially with graduations, and summer plans around the corner.

Our treatment plans are straight, focused and achievable as long as you stick to it. We are not trying to complicate your life but rather ensure your family remains cavity-free and maintains great oral health.

Younger generations, especially Gen Z and Millennials, are increasingly turning to non-experts like influencers and content creators for health advice. According to the study, 45% of people aged 18–34 admitted that uncertified voices influence their health decisions. Even more concerning? Nearly 60% of them later regretted acting on that advice.

Skipping regular dental checkups can allow minor issues to become major problems. Untreated tooth decay can lead to infections, root canal complications, and even impact your overall health.

Your teeth deserve the truth - and so do you. So next time you’re scrolling, pause before you believe that viral dental hack. A healthier smile starts with informed choices.

Brushing your littles' teeth before they eat breakfast may protect their tooth enamel and overall oral health, compared to brushing after eating. If they prefer doing it after each meal, you may want to wait about 30-60 minutes.

Waiting 30 minutes to an hour after eating to brush your littles teeth is the best way to ensure that you’re protecting their teeth and not tampering with their enamel, particularly if they consume something acidic.

Breakfast foods and drinks such as toast, citrus, and coffee fit the criteria for acidic food.
Brushing immediately after eating breakfast may actually cover your littles teeth with remnants of acidic food, which weakens them enamel. Breakfast staples are some of the worst foods for your tooth enamel, including:

🍳 orange juice
🍳 citrus fruit
🍳 dried fruit
🍳 bread
🍳 pastries
So, brushing may be particularly bad for your teeth right after breakfast.

The American Dental Association recommends you wait 60 minutes after eating acidic foods.

Over the last 6 months, we have noticed how many parents and guardians have become informed.

Real talk: the parents who come in the most prepared aren't the ones who read the most — they're the ones who ask the most questions.

So what are some of your questions that need answering?

We hung out with some Mouth Monsters at in Las Vegas this weekend.
They crashed the welcome reception and now the Las Vegas Strip. With sweeping skyline vistas, refreshing drinks, and a relaxed outdoor atmosphere, the team and I have enjoyed this place to unwind mid-year

We will be back in the office soon...
