♠️♥️ BLACKJACK, ANYONE? ♦️♣️

The cards were flying and the smiles were even bigger at our latest Blackjack gathering at Village Green! 🃏

Our residents gathered around the tables for a little friendly competition, plenty of laughs, and maybe just a tiny bit of trash talking.

😉 With our fabulous dealer keeping the cards moving, everyone had a chance to test their luck and enjoy a fun afternoon together.

Whether they hit 21 or busted, one thing was certain... the house was full of winners! 🎰💚

We love seeing our residents laughing, socializing, and getting into the game!

♠️ Hit me! ♠️

What a beautiful fall adventure! 🍁☀️

Our Village Green residents enjoyed a gorgeous outing to Black Diamond State Park, complete with sunshine, colorful fall scenery, and a few unexpected surprises along the way!

We even met a gentleman with an incredible late-1950s Porsche 🚗, which made for one pretty memorable photo op.

To top off the day, we stopped at a local dairy farm on the way home, where everyone picked up some farm-fresh chocolate milk. 🐄🥛🍫

Beautiful scenery, classic cars, great company, and chocolate milk... that’s a pretty darn good day! 😊

🌟 LEADERSHIP IN ACTION AT VILLAGE GREEN 🌟

I happened to walk through the dining room and spotted our Director of Operations, Kim Salas, right in the middle of serving our residents — and I was so impressed I had to stop and snap a picture! 📸

This is what leadership looks like at Village Green. ❤️ It’s not just about titles or offices; it’s about being willing to jump in wherever you’re needed, support the team, and make sure our residents are taken care of.

Kim, thank you for leading by example and for bringing that big smile and positive energy everywhere you go! 🌺

Sometimes the best leaders are the ones you catch with their sleeves rolled up and a coffee pot in each hand! ☕😂

🌴☀️ BEACH BLANKET BINGO AT VILLAGE GREEN! ☀️🌴

Who says summer has to end?

😎 We brought the beach indoors for an evening of Beach Blanket Bingo, and what a night it was!

Our residents came ready to play, sporting colorful leis and plenty of smiles while enjoying tropical décor, special bingo patterns, snacks, laughs, and some seriously awesome prizes! 🎁🌺🏝️

The room was packed, the bingo daubers were flying, and there may have been just a little friendly competition. 😂

From Palm Trees and Anchors to Waves and Sand Shovels, this definitely wasn't your ordinary game of bingo!

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who helped decorate, organize, donate prizes, serve refreshments, call bingo, and make the evening so much fun.

Events like this are special because of the residents, families, friends, and team members who jump in and make Village Green such a wonderful community. ❤️

Sunshine, smiles, great company…and BINGO! What more could we ask for? 🌊🌴☀️

🌟🎶 WHAT AN EVENING ON THE GREEN! 🎶🌟

WOW! What an incredible night at Village Green Retirement Campus! 💚

Last Thursday, our Evening on the Green turned our beautiful community into one GIANT celebration! Residents, families, friends, staff, and guests came together for an evening filled with three different live music venues, amazing food, drinks, dancing, laughter, and LOTS of fun! 🎉💃🕺

Guests got to travel the world without ever leaving Village Green, enjoying three different themed destinations — the romance and charm of Paris 🇫🇷, the flavors of Italy 🇮🇹, and a little taste of island paradise! 🌺🌴

And what a turnout!! ❤️ Seeing our community filled with so many smiling faces was absolutely wonderful. From packed tables and live music to dancing in the street, delicious food and beautiful decorations, there was something happening everywhere you looked!

A HUGE thank-you to our incredible Village Green staff who worked so hard behind the scenes and throughout the evening to make this celebration possible. Events this big truly take a village — and ours knocked it out of the park! 👏💚

Most importantly, THANK YOU to everyone who came out and celebrated with us! We loved having the opportunity to welcome so many people and showcase not only our beautiful campus, but the residents, staff, families and friendships that make Village Green such a special place to call home.

Please feel free to post any pics of the event that you would like to share!. ❤️

Great food. Great music. Great friends. One AMAZING community.

Until next year's Evening on the Green! 🌟🎶🥂
