We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual who is ready and willing to bring a positive attitude and big smile with them to work every morning! This is not a job you simply show up for. We are looking for someone to represent our office that exuberates health and happiness and shines bright while multitasking like a ninja all with a smile!

You must have a "How can I help" attitude while taking control and guiding the patient with a sense of confidence. We are happy to train a fast learner with the right attitude. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our patients, ensuring their needs are met with positivity and professionalism.
The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude, get along with everyone (no drama), strong communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to handle face-to-face and phone conversations with ease while following the proper scripting as to not give inaccurate information. Duties
Respond promptly and professionally to new patient requests and inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Provide accurate information regarding services to assist customers effectively.
Utilize strong phone etiquette via our specific training to create a positive experience for each caller and set the appointment.
Perform data entry tasks accurately while managing multiple customer interactions.
Analyze customer issues and provide appropriate solutions or escalate as necessary.
Conduct outbound calling as required to follow up on customer inquiries or feedback.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our computerized system.
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and resolve complex issues.
Guide patients through the office therapies, room patients, and be cross-trained for when others are out of the office.
Your daily responsibilities will encompass a range of vital activities that will be laid out specifically, some will be including: handling phone calls like a pro while smiling big!, managing patient care plans, scheduling and being a coach, and problem-solving to keep patients on track to receive their optimal results, maintaining and collecting account balances, (Constraining) assisting when needed with patient exams, taking X-rays, as well as actively participating in patient therapies. Additionally, you will contribute to the overall upkeep/cleanliness and organization of the office. There are also many ways to grow and gain more responsibilities in our practice.
Requirements
Proven experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
Obvious mental clarity, smiling and upbeat yet cool calm and collected.
Strong computer and writing skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on phone etiquette. *We have training for this and everything else.
Ability to take notes and follow directions.
Ability to analyze situations quickly and provide effective solutions.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a dynamic work environment.
The personality to do all of the above with a big customer service smile while you leave any personal business at the door.
Please note the hours needed to be available to work this position. This is mandatory as we need all hands on deck during open hours. Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8:35 AM to 7:00 PM. Tuesdays and Fridays: 8:35 AM to 1:15 PM. These will vary based on late patients each night. Generall,y you will be done by 6:30 PM Monday, Wednesday,and Thursday, but may occasionally be needed to stay until 7:00 PM to complete job responsibilities. Tuesdays and Fridays we typically finish by 1:00 PM, but we may need you to stay a little later to complete end-of-week tasks. You will have a designated one-hour lunch break on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.
