When my friend’s daughter asked me to be there for the birth of her sweet baby girl, I felt incredibly honored. There is something so special about being invited into such an intimate and meaningful moment.
Aniston and Brady are already the sweetest parents, and it was absolutely beautiful to watch them welcome their little girl into the world. The room was filled with so much love, encouragement, and joy.
I’m so grateful I got to be there to witness this beautiful beginning and support them as they became a family of three. Welcome to the world, sweet Wrenleigh Ann! You are already so loved.

Well it was quite a whirlwind 36 hours! All THREE of my July babies decided that they were gonna make their appearance within that time. One thing I’ve learned in all my years of being a doula is that it (most of the time) always works out. So I surrendered to the flow and trusted that they would take their turns. And sure enough they did! Two beautiful first birthday with a speedy second birth snuck in between. ☔️👶🏻👶🏻👶🏻☔️ It was such an honor to be invited into these families births and I feel so blessed to have been a part of each one. Seeing these sweet daddies support their wives so well warms my heart so much! They all get A+++ from their teacher! 🏆

Amazing endorsement for doulas from ACOG! The evidence has shown this for years and I’m so happy to finally have the validation from this governing body.

Health care in the United States is increasingly team-based, and doulas—who often provide emotional, physical, and educational support for patients during birth, the postpartum period, and beyond—are valuable members of many care teams.

ACOG’s new clinical guidance encourages ob-gyn collaboration with doulas and gives ob-gyns the tools they need to better understand a doula’s role. It also highlights the importance of stronger partnerships between clinicians and doulas, which can provide vital support across the lifespan—including during and after pregnancy—and can lead to better patient outcomes.

FANTASTIC Prep4Birth class today! Man these dads are SO ready to show up on their beloved’s birthing day fully ready to support like the heros they are! 🥰 I love how this class empowers the partner so that they can trust the process of labor and the birthing mother’s body, as well as helping them to be a more confident advocate and physical support. What an honor it is to help guide them on this journey. 🫶🏼 Shoutout to pelvic floor therapist Rachel Sharpe for coming to observe and assist and take so many great pics for me. Wonderful to have her in Fernandina Beach as a much needed local resource! I love when I can team up with other providers in my town to better serve our community.
