Pilates of Amelia offers private, duet, and trio sessions as well as group classes. Our certified instructors customize and tailor every session to your specific needs to help you achieve your goals. Our class options include Mat Flow/Sculpt and Mixed Equipment (Reformer, Chair, Mat etc). As of March 2020, we have moved into a beautiful new space (behind Beach Diner on 8th) and are now offering mo
