Well havent been online in 2weeks was sick and didnt follow my diet as i should of, but did lose another 1.5 lbs making it a total of 21 with weight watchers and 47 lbs since starting work with epic. So come on everyone summer is around the corner lets get healthy now

So its sunday my weigh in day and i am down another 3 lbs making my total to 14lbs YEA. Loving weight watchers and how easy this has been so far so come on everyone lets get healthy for 2013

So i started on my goal to a healthy new year. Joined weight watchers online 2 weeks ago and loving it. So all my patients who want to get healthy with me lets do it together. I have lost 11 pounds in 2 weeks and feeling great. Shannon and i can help u with weight loss. I am doing it with u so i can relate to how u feel. So everyone join with me to make this year the year we become the best we can be. I will post updates and let u know how i am doing and would love to hear from u.

Dont forget we are here on saturdays from 9 to 2pm. We see our last walkin at 1:30 pm. We do schedule paps, wellness exam so if you need to be seen and cant make it in during the week i would be happy to see you on saturday. I am available to meet your needs every saturday except the second saturday.. so come on in and see me.

There is a new Facebook issue that is showing posts to only about 10 percent of the people that like a certain page.

To keep receiving all posts from us (and other pages you "like"), you have to hover the mouse on the "Like" button near our name on our page. In the drop-down menu select "ADD TO INTEREST LISTS". Then create an interest list and select other pages you want to keep following. You can title the list "Favorite Pages" or whatever makes sense to you. But, the bottom line is that all of the pages you check will continue to show up in your feed.
