👀 Phrases pediatric PTs hear way too often… 😅
Sometimes kids don’t need more time—they need more support, confidence, and the right movement foundations 💚
Early intervention matters, and trusting your gut as a parent matters too!

👀 Behind the scenes of a pediatric PT session...
Before the games and giggles, we're assessing what the body needs. 💚
✔️ Reassessing range of motion✔️ Checking for tissue and fascial restrictions✔️ Identifying current movement limitations
Then we turn those findings into purposeful, play-based interventions that help kids build strength, confidence, and skills—all while having fun. Because, yes, therapy should feel like play, but every activity also has a purpose. ✨

You know your baby best.
Sometimes parents are told to “wait and see” when they notice movement concerns — but early support can make a huge difference.
Some signs your baby may benefit from pediatric PT:
• Preferring one side
• Difficulty with tummy time
• Delayed rolling, sitting, or crawling
• Flattening of the head
• Stiffness or tightness
And no — you are NOT overreacting by asking questions early.
At Thrive Therapeutics, we take a whole-child, individualized approach while empowering parents every step of the way.

This month at Thrive has been incredibly special. 🤍
We’ve welcomed new families into the clinic, celebrated meaningful milestones, launched new programs, partnered with schools and athletic organizations, and continued building a community centered around helping kids move, grow, and thrive!

What began as a vision to provide thoughtful, individualized care for babies, children, and athletes is steadily becoming something even more meaningful—a trusted resource for families who want answers, support, and expert guidance.

I’m so grateful for every family who has trusted me with their child’s care, every parent who has shared a post, every coach and educator who has partnered with me, and every person who continues to support this journey!

Thank you for being here and for helping Thrive grow into what it is becoming. We’re just getting started!

Summer offers something families often don’t have during the school year: time.
With more flexibility and fewer scheduling demands, summer can be one of the best opportunities to focus on your child’s movement, development, and performance.
Whether your child is:
• Working toward developmental milestones
• Building strength and coordination
• Recovering from an injury
• Preparing for sports season
Consistent therapy during the summer can lead to meaningful progress that carries into the school year and beyond.
👉 DM “SUMMER” to learn how summer physical therapy can support your child or athlete.

Conditions like Osgood-Schlatter disease, Sever's disease, back pain, ankle pain, and knee pain often occur when growth, training demands, and recovery are out of balance.

The good news: with the right assessment and targeted plan, most athletes can continue participating while reducing pain and lowering their risk of more significant injury.

If your child is consistently sore, limping, or struggling to keep up, it may be time for a closer look.

👉 DM “THRIVE” if you’d like help determining what’s going on and how to support your athlete.
