A California mom delivered her baby in a Jack in the Box parking lot after being discharged from the hospital twice during labor.

Michelle Cisneros and Darren Campbell pulled into the Orange County fast-food restaurant and called 911 when they realized they wouldn't make it back to the delivery room in time.

Orange County firefighters rushed to the scene and helped deliver baby Valentina Isla Campbell, who arrived 15 days before her due date.

The Washington Department of Ecology is studying whether a Recycling Refund Program could help reduce litter, improve recycling efforts, and make it easier for people to return bottles and cans...and they need your help! King County residents are invited to a community event, Thursday, July 30 from 6-8 PM at the Duwamish River Community Hub to learn about the Recycling Refund Study and share their thoughts and feedback. Adult passports (age 16 and up): You must sign your full name in blue or black ink inside your passport.

Child passports (under age 16): A parent should print the child's full name on the signature line. The parent should also sign their name next to the printed name of their child and note their relationship to the child, such as mother, father, or guardian.
