Over the summer, I ran a pilot program at the barn where Tate and I board. The sessions were so well received, I'm adding the format to my practice. I recognize that not everyone has time and/or financial resources for weekend or full-day clinics. In Equestrian Fitness Fun sessions, I travel to your chosen facility to guide you in specific exercises that best support the needs of the group (3+ participants). Rider workouts are between 20 and 30 minutes, followed by in-hand and/or under saddle exercise with your horses to connect your body with their movement, and vice versa. Changes in Corvin's nutrition and hoof care over the last few months have him glowing from the inside out! He and his person, Alexandra, made fantastic progress during their under-saddle proprioceptive session with me last weekend. In the photos from that session below, the "after" pic shows a more elastic topline, longer neck, and relaxed throat latch. They worked beautifully as a team, practicing upward and downward transitions between walk and trot with relaxation. Alexandra reported that the cross-country jumping lesson with their trainer the next day was their best ride yet! Here's to happily horsin' around 😀🦄

Rocky Mountain Horses are willing partners right from the start! 2-1/2 week old Coral helped me work with her momma's post-partum body today. Such a curious and sweet filly 🦄

After an incredible educational weekend at Wild Rose Farm learning with Nahshon Cook (which i am still processing and will post about in a few days), I am seeing clients in the Green Bay area. Today I worked with a 30 year old palomino miniature horse who has enjoyed wonderfully comprehensive care throughout his life. He is spry and bright but has no interest in social media so no photos. My next client, Chuck, the chihuahua mix shown below, was more than happy to model after receiving bodywork and movement therapy to support his SI and stifles. It was cuteness overload today! 🐶🦄
