Happy 1 Year Anniversary, Addison! 💙🦋

Today we’re celebrating Addison and her first year with MonArk!

When asked what she loves most about her job, Addison shared:
“One of the things I love most about my job at MonArk is getting to celebrate the smallest wins. From hearing a kiddo say their first word to watching them share with a peer for the first time, every moment matters. These kids remind me every day that what I do has a purpose, and there’s nothing more rewarding than being part of their growth.” ✨💙

Nothing says summer fun like Water Day! ☀️💦

Today our Van Wert clinic partnered with the Van Wert Fire Department, who brought out their fire truck and created an awesome sprinkler for our clients and staff to run through! 🚒 We had so much fun staying cool, playing outside, and enjoying a perfect summer day together.

Meet Kendall! 🧡

Kendall has been part of the MonArk team for 2.5 months and is a Program Manager at our Defiance clinic! Originally from Coopersville, Michigan, Kendall recently made the move to Ohio when starting her journey with MonArk.

In her free time, Kendall enjoys golfing, watching the sunset, traveling, and spending quality time with friends and family. While she doesn’t have any pets just yet, she hopes to add a puppy to the family someday! 🐶✨

Some of Kendall’s favorites include the color orange, sea turtles 🐢, ice cream 🍦, listening to anything by Luke Combs, and the movie How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days. When it comes to traveling, her favorite type of vacation is a cruise so she can explore multiple places along the way! 🚢🌎

What Kendall loves most about MonArk is the incredible collaboration between teams, especially working alongside speech and occupational therapy while seeing how passionate everyone is about helping clients build skills for more independent lives. She also loves learning from her supervisor as she prepares for her future role as a BCBA.

Most of all, Kendall says her favorite part of her role is spending time with clients, watching them achieve their goals, and seeing them have fun with their peers every single day. She shared that the clients truly mean the world to her, and being part of their growth journey is what makes her role so rewarding. 💙🦋

Meet Tori! 💙

Tori has been part of the MonArk team for almost 2 years and serves as the Branch Manager at our Bryan clinic! She is from Napoleon, Ohio, and enjoys reading, as well as crocheting in her free time. 📚🧶

Tori is a dog lover and has two Great Dane Mastiffs named Rocket and Groot, inspired by Guardians of the Galaxy! One fun fact about her is that she has completed five mud runs, including three Muddy Princess races and two Tough Mudders. 🏃‍♀️💪

Some of Tori’s favorites include the color dark teal, traditional BBQ wings (flats only! 🍗), Pacific Sea Nettle jellyfish, the Fourth Wing book series, and any of the 9-1-1 TV shows. Her favorite vacation destination is the Dominican Republic, but she also loves a relaxing cabin getaway by the lake. 🌴📖

What Tori loves most about MonArk is the company’s commitment to putting kids first. She appreciates being part of a team that prioritizes each child’s growth, individuality, and success. Tori also values the strong collaboration and support among her team and enjoys that, even in her leadership role, she still gets opportunities to connect with clients and build meaningful relationships every day.

She loves her role as Branch Manager because it allows her to support both staff and clients while helping create a positive, collaborative, and kid-focused environment where everyone can thrive. ✨💙

When asked what he loves most about his job, Drew shared:
“My favorite part of MonArk is making children smile and the team I work with in Defiance.” ✨

Since joining MonArk, Drew has also taken on the role of Regional Clinical Trainer, helping support and develop team members across our region!

A few fun facts about Drew:
🎬 He can create cartoon animations like the ones you see on TV!
🥊 He trained in MMA for six years!

Fun Day Friday at Van Wert! 🚒💦☀️

Our Van Wert clinic had an exciting day full of learning and fun yesterday! We partnered with the Van Wert Fire Department, where our clients got to explore a fire truck, meet firefighters, and learn all about fire safety. 🚒🧑‍🚒

The fun continued with a water day filled with splashing, smiles, and lots of laughter! 💦🌈

We love creating meaningful experiences that encourage learning, exploration, and community connections. Thank you to the Van Wert Fire Department for spending part of your day with us! ❤️
