How long have you been practicing yoga? Since I was 20 yrs old - 31 years OMG 🤯

What's the biggest benefit that you've noticed? Stress management, mindfulness and overall healthy well being

What's your favorite pose? Warrior Two

What do you like to do outside of yoga? Hike with my family and dogs, travel, cook, garden

If Hot Yoga intimidates you, you're in the right place

Let me explain what's different about our studio
It's heated with infrared heat at 90 degrees, this is a heat that your body can easily handle.
Since we use infrared panels, it's going to provide a deeper dry heat vs a humid heat. This will help pe*****te muscles for improved flexibility and a deeper sence of ease.

Spring is here, and so is our new schedule at Hot Yoga Findlay. 🌷🔥
Whether you’re looking to move, stretch, breathe, or simply slow down, there’s a place for you on the mat.

Class styles include:
Gentle Flow – a slower-paced class focused on mindful movement, breath, and ease.
Slow Flow – steady, intentional movement that builds strength, mobility, and awareness.
Mindful Flow – breath-led yoga designed to help you connect body and mind.
Yin – long-held postures that target deep release and restoration.
Group Meditation / Zen Meditation – guided time to quiet the mind and reset the nervous system.
Guided Stretch – supportive stretching to improve flexibility, release tension, and help you move better.
Instructor’s Choice – a longer class with a unique flow based on what the instructor feels the group needs most.

6:00–7:00 PM — Guided Stretch with Amber | Stretch + Thrive

FRIDAYS

SATURDAYS
