🎉 Please Welcome Dr. Jacob Burchell to Firestone Chiropractic!

We’re excited to announce that Dr. Jacob Burchell is joining our team!

Dr. Burchell graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2021 and brings over 5 years of chiropractic experience to our office. He takes a patient-centered approach to care and is passionate about helping people move, function, and feel their best.

A Colorado native, Dr. Burchell enjoys spending his time outside the office with his wife, son, and their dog, Diego.

Adding Dr. Burchell to our team means more appointment availability and greater scheduling flexibility for our patients, allowing us to better serve you as our practice continues to grow.

As we head into one of the busiest seasons for back pain, sore muscles, stiff necks, and shoulder pain, now is a great time to get in for treatment and stay ahead of those aches and pains.

Starting April 20th, Firestone Chiropractic will have new office hours:

Spring is finally here 🌷

That means more gardening, yard work, landscaping, outdoor projects, and time spent being active outside.

Over the next few weeks, make sure you are taking care of your spine and posture while you work. Bending, lifting, twisting, raking, and carrying heavy items can all put extra stress on your back and neck.

A healthy spine helps your body function at its best so you can enjoy everything spring has to offer.

Quick spring tips:
• Bend with your knees, not your back
• Avoid twisting while lifting
• Take breaks often
• Change positions frequently
• Stretch before and after yard work
