CLINIC UPDATE: NEW HOURS (see below)

Spring is here, which means gardening, yard work, landscaping projects, outdoor sports, and more! Schedule your appointment today!

As we head into one of the busiest seasons for back pain, sore muscles, stiff necks, and shoulder pain, now is a great time to get in for treatment and stay ahead of those aches and pains.

Starting April 20th, Firestone Chiropractic will have new office hours:

🌷 Tuesday: Closed
🌷 Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
🌷 Thursday: Closed
🌷 Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
🌷 Saturday & Sunday: Closed

Lunch break each day: 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM

Dr. Dean needs to change his schedule to accommodate his growing family! This is a temporary change.

Spring is finally here 🌷

That means more gardening, yard work, landscaping, outdoor projects, and time spent being active outside.

Over the next few weeks, make sure you are taking care of your spine and posture while you work. Bending, lifting, twisting, raking, and carrying heavy items can all put extra stress on your back and neck.

A healthy spine helps your body function at its best so you can enjoy everything spring has to offer.

Quick spring tips:
• Bend with your knees, not your back
• Avoid twisting while lifting
• Take breaks often
• Change positions frequently
• Stretch before and after yard work

We’re hitting the road! 🚗

Firestone Chiropractic will be closed Thursday, March 5th through Monday, March 9th while my family and I head out to see Mount Rushmore.

We’ll be back in the office Tuesday, March 10th at 10AM.

👋 Dr. Dean is back in the office starting Monday, February 2nd!

I’m excited to return and resume my normal weekly hours:

📢 Quick update: Dr. Tyler Lederhos will be leaving the clinic on January 30th as his family relocates and he begins a new job. We wish him all the best, and if you have been adjusted by him, feel free to stop in and say goodbye before his last day.

🎉 January Update + Exciting Family News! 🎉

My family and I are welcoming our new baby boy, so I (Dr. Dean) will be out of the clinic for the month of January. I’ll be back in the office on February 2nd.

While I’m away, Dr. Lederhos will be here taking great care of patients. If you’re dealing with neck pain, back pain, or any movement issues—don’t hesitate to come in. You’re in excellent hands with him!
