Some days in clinic are heavy. Yesterday held hard moments for several parents, and today has brought more tears. Parenting can be beautiful, exhausting, joyful, and deeply vulnerable—all at once.

I never take for granted what an honor it is to be a parent to an amazing child, and to walk alongside other incredible parents raising incredible kids.

To witness the love, the worry, the perseverance, and the hope. To support families through the hard seasons. To celebrate progress, hold space for grief, and remind parents they do not have to carry it all alone.

Being invited into that journey is something I value every single day. It is a privilege to be part of your village. 💛

We need to talk about companies profiting off of the development of in youth. Neurodiverse kids are even more vulnerable and the warning signs can easily look like other conditions (adhd, anxiety, etc).

Taken together, these four features can create a trancelike state that can keep us stuck on social media apps or video games for hours. Children are particularly vulnerable.
