Important Update: MDWISE Medicaid Plan Changes

Beginning January 1, 2026, MDWISE will no longer be a participating health plan for Hoosier Healthwise (Children’s Medicaid) or the Healthy Indiana Plan (HIP).

📌 Here’s what this means for you:

• Your Medicaid coverage will not end.

• You will need to select a new health plan

• Your available options include: Anthem, CareSource, or Managed Health Services (MHS)
