Most people are sick and tired of being sick and tired.

But it doesn’t have to be that way.

60% of the average American’s diet is ultra processed food. 75% are chronically dehydrated. Only 1 in 10 eat enough fruits and vegetables daily.

You don’t need a complicated health routine. You just need consistent simple habits done every single day.

Sleep. Move. Eat real food. Drink water with electrolytes. Get outside.

Napping done right is one of the best things you can do for your brain and body. Done wrong, it ruins your night and leaves you groggier than before.

Here’s the rule: there are only two nap lengths that actually work.

⏱️ 20 minutes or less: the power nap. You stay in the lighter stages of sleep, wake up before deep sleep begins, and get a genuine boost in alertness, mood, and reaction time. Set an alarm. Don’t go over.

😴 90 minutes: one complete sleep cycle. You go through all four stages including REM and wake up genuinely restored. This is what I personally aim for.

The worst length? 45 minutes to an hour. You’ve entered deep sleep but haven’t completed the cycle so you wake up with sleep inertia. That groggy, disoriented, almost hungover feeling. That’s not the nap’s fault. That’s an incomplete cycle.

And whatever you do, don’t nap after 3pm. Anything later starts competing with your nighttime sleep drive and you’ll pay for it at bedtime.

20 minutes. Or 90. Nothing in between.
