“HEY RUNNERS — this is why your back and leg start screaming after mile 3!” 🏃♂️😅

A lot of runners think sciatica is just “tight muscles” or soreness from running… but that’s usually not the real issue.

When you run, your pelvis is constantly rotating and moving with every stride. And your sciatic nerve runs very close to that area. 👀

So if there’s already stress, imbalance, or pressure in the pelvis and lower spine, every mile can keep irritating that nerve more and more.

That’s why stretching alone doesn’t always fix it.

If you never address the root cause and release the pressure off the sciatic nerve, the problem tends to keep coming back.

Because running shouldn’t leave you limping back to your car afterward 😂
