Whichever it is, I’m bringing in person PT appointments BACK with limited availability.

I love virtual programming and will always do this, but I’ve also enjoyed working with people in person a bit more lately too, so why not both?

How the day shook out at Flagstaff Crest 40 mile 🥉

A fun one to decide to jump into a few weeks before the race. I had the Cocodona itch but 250 miles is a bit far so a 40 mile helped a bit.

Felt pretty good from the start. A few mistakes with limited water but 500ml of pickle juice helped. A bit off course a couple times too but that’s par for the course with my races at this point (time for a watch that has route capabilities).

Was real fun to see friends out on the course and the real win was Tasha and Linden running around to cheer me on (they are my heroes).

Have another lottery ticket stacked should I ever decide I need another life changing event 😅

Will you be in Lake Tahoe June 23rd through the 26th?
sports.dietitian and I are hosting a “clinic” of sorts for runners in the area (whether visiting for broken arrow, trail con, wser or any other reason).

You can schedule a session with Vic to discuss nutrition related to training or racing, including coming up with a strategic race day nutrition plan for Western States.

You can book a session with Kam to discuss lingering injuries and how to prevent them or get some last minute manual therapy or dry needling before Western States.

Whether you are just visiting or racing, anyone is welcome to schedule to discuss whatever issues you’d like. You can find the schedule link in both our bios.
