It has been a while friends. I've had some adventures and met some incredible incredible people the 6 weeks since I left Fl. I'm grateful for so many things. I'm home and how I missed my life, my friends, my retreat in the pines, hiking, cooking, being my normal healthy self, yoga on solid ground, and my life. ....i'm sure there's another adventure just around the corner. And, it's going to be an adventure that feeds my soul, my inner and outer beauty and lights me up in an authentic and loving way. Stay tuned.
