You're probably not low in magnesium.
(Though you might be and it's a useful tool.)
What I notice more often is that people have been managing symptoms for so long that they've stopped expecting to actually feel well. They're researching supplements at midnight, rotating through elimination diets, trying to solve a puzzle that keeps changing. Not because they're doing it wrong. Because they don't have the full picture.
That's not a failure of effort. It's a gap in information, and specifically, the kind that comes from someone looking at your whole history and pattern, not just the symptom in front of them.
When you're ready for that kind of care, I'd be glad to be that person.
