Introducing our OCD Specialist Aimee Dassele. Aimee's hope is to provide you with skills that assist you in recognizing and addressing OCD related symptoms and challenges, helping you to build a robust toolkit to access as the need arises. Aimee completed the Behavior Therapy Training Institute's intensive training course with an emphasis in Exposure and Response/Ritual Prevention (ERP) for treating OCD.

Aimee facilitates an OCD Education and Skills Group, an ACT for OCD Group and an OCD Maintenance Group for those suffering from OCD or obsessive-compulsive tendencies. Aimee also facilitates an OCD Consultation Group for our clinicians here at Cultivate Counseling.
