I went back to Mexico this week, where I was last year to do some focused work with my web design business.
It was amazing to reflect back on the year. I’m proud to have written my first blog in a while: the highs, lows and lessons learned in 2025 during my first year in business as a web designer.
If you run a small business, especially a massage business, you know that there’s really no such thing as a day off, even when you’re taking a day off. And there’s no such thing as PTO, either.
In 2025, I did my best to run TWO small businesses, while maintaining some semblance of an enjoyable life, doing things I love like going to dance class & workshops, performing in a band, hiking, traveling and being the best dog mama I can be.
