We would like to congratulate our incredible dispatch team member Beth Crosby for being nominated for Employee of the Quarter ( Also known as the Dust Off award)!

Beth was nominated for this award by her peers and we are incredibly proud to have her as a member of our team!

Here’s a little bit about Beth:

I grew up in Peoria and have called Flagstaff home for the past 12 years.

I have been a dispatcher for Guardian Air for about 4 years now. I have been a dispatcher for over a decade for state and local law enforcement agencies as well. Emergency dispatching has been my dream career for over a decade, and I feel fortunate to spend each day doing work that I’m truly passionate about.

Outside of work, I enjoy making the most of my time with family and friends. Whether it’s relaxing or just being together, those moments are what I value most.

The people are what I enjoy most about working at Guardian Air. I have the privilege of working alongside an incredible team of dispatchers, flight crews and pilots who are supportive, hardworking, and make every day enjoyable and rewarding.

We are pleased to announce the completion of the permanent memorial at our Flagstaff base, dedicated to honoring the memory and legacy of our fallen colleagues.
This memorial was created as the Eagle Project by local scout Devitt Moore from Troop 7033. Devitt is the son of Guardian Air flight nurse Lisa Moore.
We thank the Moore family for creating this beautiful space to honor our fallen heroes!

Angel 4 and Angel 7 teams recently worked a dual rotor scene call alongside Pinewood Fire District.
Heat, winds, and smoke from the Pocket Fire were all factors taken into consideration but our teams were able to safely complete the mission and transport two patients to definitive care. Well done!

18 years ago, a mid air collision involving Guardian Air and Classic Air Medical claimed the lives of 5 crew members and 2 patients.

Angel 1- Patrick Graham and Shawn Shreeve
Lifeguard 2- Tom Caldwell, Tom Clausing, and James Taylor
Patients- Raymond Zest and Michael McDonald

Today we remember and honor the fallen, their loved ones, and all affected by this tragedy.

Sometimes it takes multiple teams to complete a patient transport and one super strong medic to carry all the equipment! Big thanks to Guardian Medical Transport, Angel 7, Air 1, and paramedic Will Barnhardt for getting our patient where they needed to go!
