I offer secular and faith-based therapy, incorporating clients' faith into our work as appropriate. I am first and foremost a follower of Christ. He has given me a passion for the hurting. As such, I have been in the field of mental health for many years in various forms. I also have many years experience as a parent and spouse. I am passionate about my work and the role I have been privileged to
share in the healing of people. It is my aim to come alongside my clients and their families, and support them in the journey back towards health and wholeness - to find tools to cope and grow in the present as well as build healing for a fulfilling future. I offer secular and faith-based therapy and love to incorporate each clients' individual faith into our work. I practice therapy through a whole person approach, addressing mental, physical, emotional, relational, and spiritual needs/concerns. I believe in a collaborative effort between myself, my clients, and their families. I am passionate to inspire faith and personal growth into our work!
