🏖️ A little movement, a lot of smiles! ☀️💙

Our Flatonia Healthcare therapy team kicked off the morning with a fun game of beach ball toss! While it looked like play, residents were working on important therapy goals including coordination, balance, range of motion, strength, and social engagement.

Therapy is always better when there’s laughter involved, and our residents had a wonderful time staying active together. Great job, everyone! 💪🎉

With the summer heat in full swing, the team at Flatonia Healthcare was proud to deliver cases of water to our local city workers and postal workers to help keep them hydrated while they work hard serving our community.

Our residents were moving, grooving, and getting stronger during therapy! With music playing and plenty of encouragement, each movement became another step toward improved strength, balance, and independence.

At Flatonia Healthcare Center, we’re proud to recognize team members who make a difference every day and Tycie Williams is one of them!

As our Transportation & Medical Records Coordinator, Tycie plays an essential role in keeping things running smoothly. From managing medical records and important documentation to coordinating transportation for resident appointments, she helps ensure our residents receive the care and support they deserve.

With a lifelong passion for healthcare, Tycie finds the greatest joy in building meaningful relationships with our residents. She treasures the conversations, stories, and wisdom they share, and her compassionate heart shines through in every interaction.

Always eager to learn and take on new challenges, Tycie brings a positive attitude, kindness, and dedication to everything she does. When she’s not at work, you’ll likely find her shopping, traveling, or planning her next adventure.
