As we reflect on this year so far, and think about what Independence Day means, every single person deserves to live a life free of illness, disease and pain. We all deserve to live full of life and abundance!

Dr. Hudson, participated in the send-off for Veteran Cancer Network this morning in Green Cove Springs, Florida. Mr. and Mrs. Ashton Kroner are a husband and wife duo, and military veterans, riding 1000 miles on their bicycles to Washington D.C. to bring attention to, and make changes for better cancer screening for our veterans.

Please follow their journey on social media and donate to their non-profit organization to help these veterans continue to make necessary changes for those who have served and please pray for their journey!

Your baby is always on time. Pregnancy and the birth process is a beautiful and naturally orchestrated dance between mom and baby. It's a divinely innate communication as a mother knows exactly what to do and to give to her baby. Without even saying a word.

Your baby will grow and develop at the right time at it's own pace in rhythm with mom. When your baby is ready, you'll know.

A due date is a guess. It's not exact. Trust the process and let you and your baby dance together in this beautiful and natural symphony and when it's time, you'll be ready.

Today we pause, and remember the sacrifices our men and women made for our freedom. We especially remember the sacrifices their loved ones made.

Today, we say a prayer for the mothers and fathers whose sons and daughters never made it home.

For the brothers and sisters who don't get to laugh with their siblings again.

And for the sons and daughters that don't get to see their mom and dad walk through the front door.

We will never, ever forget.
