Co****le champs! Our Bayville team took the win at the blind draw tournament at the Bayville Elks — and had to earn it the hard way, beating the same team twice to bring it home. 🙌 Nothing sweeter than a hard-fought victory.

Even better was getting to meet so many of the local Elks members and share some laughs along the way. Always love getting to spend some time with the community!

✈️ Traveling soon? Don’t let your bladder, bowels, or pelvic floor take a vacation from feeling their best! 🌎

Long car rides, flights, and changes in routine can all affect your pelvic health—but a few simple habits can make a big difference.

Swipe through for our favorite pelvic health travel tips, including:
✨Stay hydrated (yes, even on the plane or in the car!)
✨ Get up and move every 1–2 hours when you can.
✨ Breathe—don’t clench! Try to relax your jaw, shoulders, and pelvic floor.
✨ Pack the essentials that help you feel your best.
✨ Don’t ignore the urge to use the restroom—but avoid “just in case” trips every chance you get.
✨ Keep constipation at bay with water, fiber, and movement.

Remember: your pelvic floor is part of your whole body. Taking care of it while you travel can help you enjoy your trip with less discomfort and more confidence.

The bloopers say it all. 😂❤️

If you’ve ever been to our clinic, you’ve probably met the smiling face behind so many of the laughs. Whether Bella was entertaining little ones, helping our therapists, or making sure there was never a dull moment, she’s been a huge part of what makes our clinic feel like home.

We’re so grateful for everything she’s brought to our team, and while we’re going to miss her so much, we’re incredibly excited as she heads off to nursing school!

Thanks for all the laughs, the memories, and the energy you brought every single day. Once part of the team, always part of the ProCare family. 💙🎉

Good luck! We know you’re going to do amazing things!

Let’s talk about the things no one talks about. 💕

Do you ever wonder if bladder leaks, pelvic pain, pressure, or discomfort are “just part of getting older” or “normal after having kids”?

Many women experience these symptoms—but that doesn’t mean you have to live with them. Join us for an educational workshop where we’ll answer your questions, bust common myths, and share how pelvic floor physical therapy can help you feel stronger and more confident.

Summer activities shouldn’t cause leaking, pelvic pressure, or pain. ☀️🏓

Whether it’s pickleball, hiking, running, or chasing kids around the backyard, pelvic floor symptoms can make it harder to enjoy the activities you love.

While these symptoms are common, they’re not something you have to simply accept. Pelvic floor physical therapy can help address the root cause and get you back to moving with confidence.

Ready to enjoy summer without worrying about your pelvic floor symptoms? We’d love to help.

Think a squat to overhead press is just a full-body exercise? Think again. 👀

This kettlebell movement challenges more than your legs and shoulders. It also trains the systems that support pelvic health and core function.

✅ Pelvic floor coordination
✅ Breathing mechanics
✅ Core pressure management
✅ Deep core activation
✅ Pelvic alignment
✅ Hip mobility & strength
✅ Postural control
✅ Balance & proprioception

When these systems work together, you create better stability, more efficient movement, and improved force transfer from the ground up.

Try this movement with intentional breathing:
⬇️ Inhale as you squat
⬆️ Exhale as you stand and press

Your pelvic floor, core, and diaphragm are designed to work as a team—not in isolation.
