We’ve crafted a simple, three-minute movement ritual to help you reset when emotions feel heavy. Sway through the sequence, notice the sensations, and try each gentle cue as an invitation to release and return to center. 🌿✨

1) Felt-sense: tight chest — Movement cue: slow ribcage circles while inhaling for 4 counts — Emotional release: softening of anxiety and worry.
2) Felt-sense: clenched jaw or throat — Movement cue: long neck rolls and exhaling sighs — Emotional release: relief from tension and a clearer voice.
3) Felt-sense: heaviness in low belly — Movement cue: gentle hip sways with belly breaths — Emotional release: grounding and renewed calm.

We recommend doing this seated or standing where you feel safe. Practice three minutes whenever you need to shift energy. Ready to try it?
