In honor of Memorial Day, the studio will be closed tomorrow as we take time to remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom.

Their courage, strength, and selflessness will never be forgotten. We hold deep gratitude for those who served and for the families who carry their legacy forward each day.

Behind every class, every warm welcome, every healing moment, and every connection made inside these walls… is this incredible team. 🤍

Rooted Lotus is so much more than a yoga studio. It’s a space built from authenticity, compassion, laughter, growth, and genuine human connection — and that exists because of each one of these teachers.

Every instructor here brings their own light, their own story, their own energy, and their own magic to this community. What makes this team so special is that no one tries to be anyone else. They show up fully themselves — real, grounded, caring, passionate, and true — and that is what makes such a powerful impact on every student who walks through our doors.

As the owner, I can honestly say this studio would not be what it is without them. Their dedication, heart, support, and love for this community continually inspire me. They hold space for others while also lifting one another up, and that kind of environment is rare and beautiful.

This Sunday, our studio doors will be closed as we take time to celebrate, support, and be present with the mothers, daughters, and families who mean so much to us.

At the heart of our community is connection — and this weekend we’re honoring the women who nurture, guide, inspire, and love so deeply. Whether you’re a mother, daughter, grandmother, caregiver, or someone holding space for others every day, we celebrate you. 🤍

We encourage you to spend the day resting, reconnecting, and making memories with the people you love most.

Classes will resume Monday and we can’t wait to flow with you again soon.

Hi friends 🤍 it’s Jen here… and I’m so excited to share that I’ll be back teaching Tuesday evenings at 6:30pm for our Slow Flow class. I’ve missed being in the room with you on Tuesdays, and I can’t wait to move, breathe, and reconnect together.
