🦷🧚‍♀️🎃 A Month Full of Magic, Learning & Fall Fun🍂

What a wonderful month we’ve had 💛 Our little learners were delighted by a special visit from the Tooth Fairy🧚‍♀️, who helped us learn all about dental health, the importance of brushing our teeth, and keeping those little smiles bright and healthy🪥😁

We also enjoyed a fun-filled trip to the pumpkin patch🎃🍁 The children loved exploring, seeing the pumpkins, and making sweet fall memories with their friends.

From learning healthy habits to enjoying the magic of the season, we’ve had so many reasons to smile this month🧡 We love watching our little ones learn, grow, and make memories together\! 🍂✨

🧚‍♀️ **A Magical Visit from the Tooth Fairy at Monarch Learning Center!** 🐉✨

Today at Monarch Learning Center in Flint, we had a very special visitor — the Tooth Fairy! 🧚‍♀️💖

The Tooth Fairy taught our little learners all about dental health and how to keep their teeth clean and healthy. Each child had a chance to come up and practice brushing the dragon’s teeth, making learning fun and exciting! 🪥🐲

We also talked about what makes our mouths happy and healthy, sang a song, and enjoyed a wonderful story together! 📚🎶

A big THANK YOU to the Tooth Fairy for visiting us today, teaching our children the importance of taking care of their smiles, and making learning so much fun! 😁🦷💕

Today our Monarch Early Learning Center (Lansing) and our Caterpillar Corner GSRP classrooms were able to go to the Country Mill! It was such an enjoyable educational experience where our families were able to join in the fun! Thank you to all the parents and grandparents that were able to join us on our adventure and celebrate learning with your children!

Today Dr.Connor, one of our GSRP students father, came into class to talk about being a brain surgeon! We learned about what the brain does, how our brain works, and what happens during brain surgery. We also learned the importance of healthy eating and sleeping in order to keep our brains strong! Thanks for stopping in! We’re looking for other volunteers to visit class and talk about their occupation as we’re starting our community helpers unit.

We feel beyond blessed to receive a generous donation today of school supplies and other needed items not only for our younger students here at Monarch, but also for partnerships with our school programs. We want to thank so much the Hispanic heritage committee from the Michigan Department of Treasury for their generous donation.

As a program we believe in the importance of community engagement and enrichment activities for our students. Today our Lansing GSRP students began a 6 week unit with our partners from Holt Dojo. Not only are they learning physical activity, they are also learning self control and self confidence.
