Tonight Twin Lakes was honored with awards at our annual Reliance company meeting. Good things are happening at Twin Lakes.

Congratulations to the entire staff at Twin Lakes for which none of this would be possible without them!!

Most improved ER visit rate
Most improved return in revenue
Most improved quality measure management

Nursing home leadership is tough! Sometimes you just gotta have a little fun. Our Administrator and Director of Nursing enjoyed an afternoon at the Razorback Stadium after a day of meetings. By investing in our leaders and equipping them with the tools that are needed, Twin Lakes has been able to provide the best nursing home culture possible for our residents, staff, and Marion County for over 30 years.
